I love the new owner at Merle Morman cosmetic Studio, Sylvia. I went there because i heard some of my friends saying they buy their make up there and were talking about the specials she has on her Microdermabrasion. So i went there and was very impressed with how clean and beautiful her studio is. She makes you feel very comfortable and not only did she do a great job but she also did extras and took extra time on my skin. I have been telling all my friends and family about her. more

Thanks to Merle Norman & Entice Me Photography, I have a great maternity pictures that I could look and reprint however many as possible. Sylvia the new owner is really great and very helpful. I'm so greatful that I made the phone call to see if I could come in and have my pictures done even if I was scheduled to have my Csection within three days. Sylvia was able to scheduled me in to have my pictures done two days before the due date and was I lucky to have found this place. She had me come in to have my pictures done and does my make-up before the session. I truly have a wonderful experience, she was very attentive to my needs and very patient. The pictures turns out great and I was able to do reprints. I will definitely come back for another photo session and try their spa. What would I do without excellent photography! I'm one of those people that freezes up when I see a camera. I had warned Sylvia that it would be difficult to get a good picture of me but I really needed to have one for my work. Sylvia assured me she would be able to provide me with pictures I would love. She was right! Thanks to Sylvia, her patience and her amazing ability to make me feel comfortable, I now have pictures I actually love! I recently went in to have a Bodiour Photo Shoot. I was a little nervous but Sylvia made me feel so comfortable and did a amazing job. My photos where amazing. The customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. She did my make up and it was so complimentary I got so many compliments on it. I totally recommed going there for pictures and or make up consoltation. more

I am very happy to say that when I walked in, the studio speaks for itself. The atmosphere was completely enticing as well as my overall experience. I love this place, the customer service was very friendly and made me feel comfortable even answered all my questions. I have used other makeup products in the past, but after Sylvia (the owner) found exactly what I needed for my complexion and skin tone, she did a facial to ensure that afterwards, my all around experience will be enticing and rewarding. Not only does she sell quality make up but the spa service was definately relaxing and enjoyable. I love this studio! I've had difficulty finding a foundation that matches my tone, but the owner, Sylvia (who evidently is the new owner), took one look at me and immediately produced not only the perfect shade, but one that also works with my complexion. You know someone knows their stuff just by looking at you. Great selection of cosmetics and get this - they do massage therapy and spa treatments, and boudoir photography!! Everything for a ME day under one roof with phenomenal prices!! more

The staff was Knowledgeable and answered all my quesitons, they were thorough with explaining their products. I bought a gift certificate during the Christmas seaon for my wife and I. I recieved a massage and my wife got a facial. We truly had a relaxing experience. The massage therapist who is also the owner, is extraodinary. Her massage technique is specialized and detailed in addressing problems, such as my sciatic pain. The movement in my leg improved greatly, something I had not been able to do for a year. I was very surprised and had never experience a massage therapy session such as this. My wife, loved her facial and said she fell asleep. more

I recently visited Merle Norman and Alec Ian Day Spa and I found the experience to be a little piece of heaven. I started my spa visit with fruit, water and cookies, followed with a facial, massage, hand and foot parrafin and more! The spa is beautiful and very clean. The staff, was very attentive and treated me like a queen for the day. My spa visit was 3 hours long and I enjoyed every minute of it. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing spa visit. more

I received a gift certificate for this salon from my boyfriend and was so excited to use it --- that is until I tried to schedule a service, they made me feel like it was a big inconvenience to them, upon arrival they repeatedly made underhanded comments about how busy they were and that I probably would not be able to get in for another appointment for 6 months. The treatments were shotty and very unfriendly. Overall an incredibly rude environement - I never used the rest of my gift certificate because the experience was so bad. Save your money for a real salon experience! more

The services provided to me by Alichia at this Merle Norman Salon in Redlands were superb. Alichia is pleasant and thorough with her work. She takes her time and ensures the customer is is fully satisfied before leaving the salon. It is obvious she cares about her customers. I definately recomend her to others!
