I use to use one of the Doctors at this office and changed due to the unprofessional behavior of the office staff. It is always packed. The wait is very long, and the staff is young. I liked my doctor well enough, but the office and staff drove me crazy. I had to change to a quieter office closer to home, but still in the Mercy network.
