I called & complained about a price mix up in your garden center Price was fastened to pallet $14.95 Close Out when I got to register it was $ 29.99 The clerk said that price was for something else I should have looked at tag on tree I don't want your trees anymore and will spend my money where people care. Some one made a mistake and wouldn't admit it PS- I bought the same trees at Home Depot for $12.95 more

We purchased a 3 panel window PeachTree door from Menards and had it installed on April 14, 2012. Three days later it rained and every window in the door leaked. I had to put cake pans to catch all the water. I was up until after 1:30 am and got up at 4:30 am to find the cake pans almost full. We have hardwood floors and I was very concerned about the rain making a mess of them. The contractor came over and put plastic over the door. Anyway, it is now May 19, 2012 and we still have the plastic on our front door. Tacky. The only assistance we received from Menards was PeachTree representative name. We were on our own. The replacement parts are going to be sent from PeachTree to Menards. Menards are clueless when the parts will come in. Again, we are on our own. If you would like pictures I have plenty. My concern is that the plastic will no hold if we have a bad storm. Again, we have hardwood floors. My stuggestions is to deal with a window and door firm that put in doors and window and will service if there is a situation. more

They have different selections of different things. So if I don't find what I want at Home Depot, Menards is my second stop. One addition they made is they added a kids play area which is fun. The staff is similar to Home Depot, if you can pull them away from their other duties they'll help you. Prices are reasonable. If you have any Home Depot coupons they'll honor them. Even the one use coupons you can use multiple times. It's nice if you're buying big items. more

I shop at Menard's for lawn, garden, and general pirate supplies. They have hoe's, rakes, shovels, and other important implementsfor the avid gardener. I ahve recently started groing heir loom tomatoes, which are sipmly delicious, and this is a task menards helps with a lot. Go for the green, and save some, too. more

i have been to menards to buy tools for my husband, for my dad an my father in law and every single time i go in there if i need help i can always find a sales person to help me find it, plus they have had some really good sales at the end of summer an around christmas time. more

I have had problems finding merchandise and staff members to help me. They do have good sales and rebates. The rebates come in the form of a store merchandise check. If I needed specialize help I probably would go to one of the other hardware store where I know I will find employees that is knowledgeable. more

Menard's is a very clean store to shop in. It doesn't have that warehouse feel, like some hardware, automotive and garden stores have. They have a good selection of products in their store at competitive prices. They have friendly and helpful staff that is always there to answer your questions or direct you to where you need to be in their store. more
