Worst experience ever 11/9/2010

I won't give this location any stars. We had a reservation there for our wedding - 5 groomsmen and the Groom. Of course, you're supposed to get the grooms tux free. The groomsmen tuxedo were fine but guess what! The Grooms tuxedo was wrong, two day before the wedding. The ""Helpful"" hahahaha staff said to come back on the wedding day and it should be fixed and oh, I'd give you a discount but yours is free. So helpful, right? We had to get an emergency same day tuxedo rental the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. Needless to say, we've written to corporate and this place can suck it. NEVER EVER GET YOUR TUXEDO FOR YOUR WEDDING AT MEN'S WEARHOUSE and the Chelsea location sucks - worst customer service ever. more

Horrible Tux Rental Experience 5/4/2009

I won't go into great detail, but I will be cancelling my tuxedo account. I would have been me and five groomsmen all getting their tuxes at Men's Warehouse. But after yesterday, I will never shop at any Men's Warehouse again. Mark Savory is extreme rude and not helpful. The entire staff treats you like a piece of meat, trying to get you in and our as quickly as they can while getting their commission. I wouldn't have been able to try on my tux until 4 DAYS before the October 9th wedding?! What if the measurements were wrong - which they were? What if I liked the style in the book, but not on my body? Horrible! Going to After 6 for my tux. Pros: Location Cons: Staff, Selection, EVERYTHING more
