Went there for an eye exam. First time & last time customer. One of the front desk clerks, vietnamese type w/ glasses, was incredibly rude. Nothing but a snotty, uppidy attitude any time I asked her a question. When I handed her my paperwork, she just stares at me and says, ""So what?"" as if doing her job is too much to ask. I won't give my business to rude people, so I just walked out. Too bad, all the other clerks there seemed pleasant & nice...she must gotten her job there as a favor or something, certainly not for her customer service skills. Customer service 101 deary, regardless of how the customer treats you, you're supposed to treat the customer w/ r-e-s-p-e-c-t !
