I was very disappointed with Memorial Florist. I had two questions/requests. First off I asked if my order would be charged to my account before the delivery(my wife checks our account regularly) The lady I talked to said That it would not show up on the account until after the delivery. Well my wife found out the day before the delivery that she was getting flowers, due to our card being charged. Second I requested that the flowers were delivered at 2pm sharp. (for my wifes baby shower) I was informed that there is a $20 express delivery charge, I agreed to pay. Well the flowers were there before the people setting up arrived at 11:30. I spoke with the manager, Deanna, about how disappointed I was, she was extremely rude and was not at all interested in customer satisfaction!
