Mediterraneo is a little pricey but their pasta dishes are right on. The server told us that the pasta is made in house. They have the right touch with pasta sauces- a perfect balance of tomato, liquid, and acidity. The garnishes are natural- sprigs of herbs and citrus zest (though I could do without the zest being hard to pluck out of my pasta). I've only had their wood-fired pizza once and it was disappointing. The crust should have been crispy all around, not just at the edges, however, the veggies made it soggy. A little disappointing. On the plus side, the veggies (artichokes, zucchini, red peppers, etc.) were of good quality- I just wish that the veggies didn't weep into my crust. Order the jojo if you have time. It is more like a chocolate molten cake than a souffle.
Pros: quality ingredients
Cons: prices typical of, Park City
