Me 'N Moms

Did you know that there is now a Me 'n Moms in Lynnwood? I go there quite a lot. Their prices are great and the kids can actually play with the toys and not "get into trouble" by the staff there. (By the way the staff is very friendly and helpful every time I have been in.) The store is nice and open with lots of stroller room and kid room. Try it sometime its right next door to Grocery Outlet on 44th & 196th. You'll love it, I do!!! more

We have great luck at this store. We buy new shoes for the kids and typically find great items for what we need. It is hit or miss, but that's the case with any consignment shop. more

I am SO excited, Me 'n Mom's is opening a store in Lynnwood!!! For three years now, I've been taking in the name brand stuff that I've either gotten as gifts or my child didn't wear out and I'm not interested in saving, and selling them. You get 50% of what they sell it for (they sell things for 50% of the new retail cost of the item) - but, then you have to wait for it to sell. I've been bringing my stuff in, and then shopping with the money I make - I think I've sold at least $300. worth of clothes, shoes, and lamps there!! It's so great that since I moved to Lynnwood, I'm still coming back. You have to make an appointment to bring in more than 5 items, so make sure to call ahead of time if you want to sell. By the way, it's not all used stuff, either. They sell some boutique-type stuff as well, like blankies and Robies. more

Over the Mother's Day weekend I took my not-so-long-ago-knocked-up friend to Me n Mom Consignment Boutique in Ballard (near the lovely Locks). WOW! Was I impressed. First, it is large and airy, Although the sales floor is perhaps over-merchandised, you won't really feel crowded by stuff. That said, watch where you walk...Tonka trucks and tricycles can be dangerous. We were not there for toys or baby clothes or equipment, of which there was plenty. We were there for maternity clothes. Pregnancy is one of the times when consignment is a great service. New clothes, like new cars, are spendy enough, but when you know you will only wear them for a brief wind of time plunking down $120.00 for a pair of pants is uniquely insulting. The selection of totally wearable (clean and cute) maternity clothes at Me n Moms is respectable and the prices are right on target. Who wouldn't risk spending $12.00 on a top that they are not quite sure about? No one! Not even a pregnant woman. The women who work there say they get new stuff in every day. Brands included:A Pea in the Pod, Motherhood Maternity, Japanese Weekend, In Due Time and Liz Lange. more

Baby Pottery Barn and its kin want you to give them all the money that would otherwise go to fund your infant's college fund or dinner at Volterra for you. Fight back! This store is a good place to find baby furniture, "travel systems," clothes, toys, and sundry items you might not even know you need. Even after you are out of the pregnancy/newborn buying frenzy, there are tons of toys and clothes for your toddler. Some items are available new, including a good selection of Robees. I let my little guy rove around in the toy department to see what interests him. Oh, and you won't be grossed out by the state of the consigned items. more

This consignment store is huge with a great selection, fair prices and plenty of toys for the kids to play with while you shop. One thing I really like about it is that fact that you can actually maneuver between the clothing racks unlike so many other consignment stores. The parking is right out front which is really convenient with kids in tow. more

We've found some great items here, but sometimes I feel they charge too much for clothes that you can get new for the same price at Target. There have been other times when I've found high end brands for a steal, too. So it's hit or miss. The inconsistency of the prices can be discouraging for someone with high end items since you might end up w/ only $2 for a $60 outfit. I've consigned over 100 items and I was happy at first. But, the last time I consigned high end items (Baby Lulu and other boutique brands), a lot of pieces went missing w/ out record of being sold. Needless to say, I was very upset. I decided to sell my high end items on ebay after this. more

this is one of those places that i am thankful for discovering on a daily basis. it's great! it's a very large consignment shop, completely dedicated to baby/kids stuff and some maternity items. they have shoes, clothing, strollers, beds, carry packs, toys, cribs, etc. clothing is broken out into sizes and gender, and everything is a great price! they don't take everything that's dropped off so the quality is nice too. i've found some true bargains there, and my boys love to play with the things i got. and if they don't then hey, i probably only paid a few dollars for it so no big deal. parking is usually available out front, and if not there's a lot on the side - about a 1-minute walk away. more

Baby's are small. But they come with numerous available options and. After a while, even the relatively sane new parent can get confused over what you need or what might work with your individual child. Consignment stores are a great way to get different things at much less than retail. This is a good place to find highchairs, strollers, kids' clothes, etc at very good prices. more

I've stopped in Me 'n Moms on a number of occassions. The store is HUGE and the selection is pretty good. They have maternity clothes, baby clothes, toys, stroller, cribs, and just about anything else baby you can think of. The store design is well laid out, and very clean. You can certainly make an outing by visiting the close-by Locks or Golden Gardens. more

This is a huge store with clothing as well as furniture, toys, and all the other STUFF that comes along with children. The clothes are in great shape and you will find new stuff mixed in as well. It is also a great place to bring clothing to consign. There is one in Iissaquah as well. more
