Today while driving thru Blacksburg I stopped to get my children lunch. The wait to even order was long and when I finally got to the window to pay the cashier was rude and told me to wait. I was also talking to my daughter during this and shook my head at something she had told me. The cashier immediately went off on me. Told me not to shake my head at her and proceeded to slam the window and walk away. Another employee came up and I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came the first employee came back and was fussing at me from behind the manager. Totally unacceptable behavior! The manager did nothing but say she would talk to her. I stop at this exit frequently when I got to visit my Grandmother and I will no longer go to McDonalds. Hopefully the Hardees across the interstate values their customers more than McDonalds does!
