Well this is how it went...Customer (me) orders food for my family of 6 and not only did it take for ever but the food was cold and very dry! So upset that I did not even notice that charged me for a hamburger $3.99 that I did not order and did not even get. So I called and complained to the manager ( Kelsy) and she was very sorry and said that the order will be replaced and we would get our money back and 2 free apple pie for my trouble. So today 10-18-11 I go to get our food , my money and our 2 apple pies. They would NOT replace my money for the extra hamburger they charged me and I didn't get or my apple pies because they said the dollar amount I received in food today was efficient. NOT!!! I want my money back ( i know it's only $3.99 but it the principle of it ) and my apple pies. So while I'm arguing with the Manager , Nora, my food is getting cold again. I did point this out to them. Not only did Nora not seem to get my point about the money that I feel I should get back , she call over the crew member who took my order to handle it and she WALKS AWAY from the situation so he can deal with it. SO WRONG, SHE SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER! I told her that too. So they give my the name of the store manager and tell me to call on Thursday when she is in. Let's just say I am SO NOT HAPPY! I hope this manager turns this anger mama into a happy one. We will see.
