I had lunch at this facility. Upon exiting the only legal way out the lot is going around to the drive thru area where there are two narrow lanes. One lane for drive thru the other to bypass. On this side(bypass)there are bushes which are normally cut back, however, this day it was somewhat windy and they were swaying. As I went by the drive thru and because the cars at the drive thru lane were not that straight I drove closer to the fence where the bushes was. As I went down the narrow lane I heard the bushes scratching my car. I told a manager of the store as he was coming out what happen. He said this has happened before and for me to let the manager on duty know and he left. I spoke to Michelle 261-492-0112, she took pictures of my car, the bushes and had me fill out an incident report. I f/u with Michelle and she gave me a Monica Wymer number 713-937-6108 to call. I left several messages, finally i spoke to her she told me she will call me back after she speaks to the insurance company. I call her back today, she put another person name Wymer, who stated my claim was denied because this has never happen before since they have hundreds of cars that comes thru there. The damages were only $130. I am VERY disappoint with this type of service.
