Wasatch Pediatrics - Southpoint

We have been going to Dr. Buchanan for over eight years now and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Buchanan is very good with my children, even my very shy child. He makes my kids feel safe and never rushes them during his exams. He is very knowledgable and takes time to answer questions that I may have. The kids enjoy seeing him and (gasp!) are excited to see the Doctor whenever an appointment is made for them or even if they're sick. They know he'll make them better! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I've been going to Southpoint Pedicatrics for twelve years. Dr. Goodwin is our primary doctor and I find her to be an amazing woman. She has years of experience, is patient and very educating. She has always taken the time to make sure that all of our needs are met and questions are answered. She also gives me credit for being a mom and knowing that I know my child best. I have also had wonderful experiences with both Dr. Lash and Dr. Buchannen. They both are very knowledgeable and patient with children. The MA's are wonderful with children as well. The front staff is courteous and friendly.\r \r The only drawback I have had at this office, is with Dr. Bodsworth. Twice he misdiagnosed my children (2 different children, different times). This has been some time ago (last time occurring perhaps ~5 years ago) but has made me hesitant to return to him (I haven't). Perhaps it was a rookie errors. Nonetheless, he is a very nice man with a good rapport with the kids. more

I've been taking my son to see Dr. Bosworth for 3 years and it's been great. He's very caring and friendly, and promptly listens to patients' concerns. \r I currently drive almost 50 miles to his office but it's really worth it! I strongly recommend him and his office. The staff is great. more

We have been going to Southpoint Pediatrics for several years now. We love Dr. Lash, Dr. Buchanan and Dr. Bosworth. We don't really care for the older woman dr. (can't think of her name). I definitely recommend this office. Other staff personnel are very friendly. Pros: The male Doctors are soooo great with the little ones. Cons: Not too crazy about Dr. Goodwin, we only see her if we have to. more
