I believe it was Melvin or Ryan who did our walk through. He was very knowledgeable and helped us equip the RV with sewer hose ensuring it fit in the bumper as well as installing some bug screens over the vent covers. This truly helped make the RV fairly turn key as far as we were concerned. more

We would like to express our thoughts about our experience last Tuesday at McGeorge RV. We were pleasantly greeted upon entering the store by Kevin McGeorge. After introductions, he asked us several questions about our interest in a new travel trailer. Then Kevin asked us to his desk are to be able to get more information to be able to match our needs with your stock. His “discovery” abilities are phenomenal. He easily acquired information without being invasive. \r \r He then asked us to look at a trailer that might meet our needs. Before entering the trailer, he walked us around it and demonstrated the features impeccably; he then took us inside to view it. He allowed us to look around before explaining the features and benefits, and then explained both, in addition to the benefits of the manufacturer. We were very impressed with his skill.\r \r He then asked us if we would want to look at other inventory, but he had matched us very well with the information he had gathered and there was no need to look further. We are very happy with our purchase.\r more

At McGeorge's Rolling Hills I have experienced the most impressive customer service. A few months back while en route from Maine to Florida I located your business; I was towing an Aliner camper. I had been struggling with opening/setting it up and feared the springs were in need of a replacement. So without an appointment I headed straight to your service department.\r I was promptly greeted and assisted, despite the fact the department was busy. I was helped by Art & Jarrell and both made me feel welcome and listened to my concerns. A technician (I missed his name but starts with a K) took responsibility of my camper and within 30 minutes he had addressed and corrected the problem! Couldn't believe it. He was VERY thorough and conscientious.\r I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I was to have the problems fixed but I was also overwhelmed by the quality of service. Not only was everyone on the team courteous and professional, but the issues were resolved with a complete explanation for a reasonable charge! While my dogs and I waited, I made some purchases of various items I had not found elsewhere. It was a ""win-win"" for me!\r I have friends in Va who I have shared this experience with, may my small efforts to promote your business be returned to you 100 times over!\r The trip I had was not planned, I was responding to a family emergency. The care & service from McGeorge's certainly renewed my faith in human nature and American standards of customer service. I thank you greatly!! more

RV was serviced here earlier this year. They took longer than needed to complete the work and still have not corrected or taken responsibility for bad installation. RV now needs additional service becasue of their neglect which they told me that my insurence should pay for, WHY should my insurance pay for damage done to my RV because of their shoddy repair work. Very dissappointed and would not recommend them to my worst enemy....... more

Alvin the sales person was great, but ever since we purchased it the service dept has been horrible. Had several issues come up and inorder to get it resolved, we had to deal with the manufacture (keystone) ourself, caught them in several lies when they told us that they said the manufacture denied the claim, when in fact they NEVER contacted them in the first place. Half the time the employess do not know what they are doing. After talking with Keystone, they advised that we take our service needs to another RV dealership, that services Keystone products. I am taking their advice and doing just that. I will tell other people not to do business there as well. Very disappointed in the service dept. more

what a great experience i had their very helpful i told the sales consultant what i was looking for and he showed me a few choices and we were done no hassle had everything ready when promised. what a difference a few years must make more

If you are looking for a new rv or service, run, don't walk, away from this dealer. They demand a large down payment and then keep it as a ""deposit"" if the deal falls through. Serivce is shoddy and can take several days when it should be a couple of hours, and frequently it is not done right, has to be redone. Check with local RV'ers before going to these guys, there are much more reliable dealers in the Richmond area. Cons: Contract terms misrepresented. more
