this people will approve you easily i promise u, but u will not have hot water only once a week, maintanance will not come to do your repairs and will open your door when u r gone and steal from u, they did that to me; manager dont give a sh....t about the tennants, they want you to pay the deposit before showing you the apartment so when the give you the apartment and if the carpet is fu...d up or anything else is they will tell u in your face that they will not change it so that if you decide to leave you will not get a deposit; managers are rude, when i moved in my refrigerator was broken and it took them 2 months to come and fix it; lots of snakes in the area due to the country sorrounding areas, found one snake in front of my door once; dont rent here!
