Excellent Service 5/18/2012

Service was great the sales staff was very open, informative, attentive and addressed all questions and concerns. I believe that service is 50% of the reason to select a dealer and feel confident that I have made the right decision in choosing Maxwell. more

Excellent 5/15/2012

Very pleasant, no pressure but helpfulness in a genuine mannose. Although from the DFW area, I will definitely be back. Kudos to the dealership in general but especially to Gary Hubble. Loved his demeanor. more

Horrible Service Department 4/27/2011

They are slow, rude, and blatantly dishonest. After taking all day to diagnose a problem (because they let me car sit there most of the day when I had a morning appointment) they tried to charge me 30% more than the quoted price for parts and labor. Then they charged me a full hour of labor for a simple software update even though per the Chrysler service bulletin for the issue says .3 hours. There is a reason why this place has horrible reviews. I should have known better. Mac Haik in Georgetown has great reviews and I will go there from now on even though it is further from my house. more

How to do business badly 4/14/2011

I only wish I could give zero or negative stars. These people should be in Washington for the ease with which they lie to customers. It's downright pathological. From the service manager (we'll call him Jonathan) to the head of the service dept. (we'll call him Darren), they have created the most miserable experience I've been in involving customer service. They were incapable of fixing my vehicle, of managing the situation, of obtaining parts - h*ll, they didn't even have all the tools necessary to fix the vehicle! And these people are a 5-star dealership?! These guys are a perfect example of how *not* to run a business. Chrysler should get rid of them before the lawsuits start coming in. And if you're a woman or an older person, expect to be treated with contempt. Know that you are at their mercy and they won't stop making your life miserable until you've promised your first born to stop the hemorraging. more

If I ever say I want to go back, SOMEONE SHOOT ME!!!! 3/17/2011

To sum up the dealership in one word, it would be awful. Between repeatedly lying to us after we signed a contract on a car and then telling us that the parts of the contract they had to live up to were not binding (in this case fixing the car before we bought it), it was a miserable experience. Even worse, they told us that because they already sold our trade-in (for a $1000 profit no less), we'd have to pay them $2700 to get out of the deal EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN""T FIX THE NEW CAR!!! Don't ever go there, believe me it's not worth it. The general manager (we'll call him Mike) and the used car manager (we'll call him Joe) tell two entirely different stories everytime you want something fixed. They advertise their ""Maxwell Forever"" program, but my slogan is now ""Maxwell Never."" I'd rather walk than drive a car from them. more

SUPER INTERNET SALES DEPARTMENT 10/23/2010

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! IF YOU ARE BUYING A USED O NEW VEHICLE DO IT HERE!! THE INTERNET DEPARTMENT ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT THEY DO. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS AND THEY ADDRESS THEM AND TOOK CARE OF ME. I ONLY WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO SIGN AND TO PICK UP MY NEW BEAUTIFUL NEW CAR!!! THEY ROCK!!! more

Run away!!! Customer service is terrible. 9/30/2010

Is there any way to rate below 1 star? We bought a heavy duty Dodge pick up in July and are still getting the run around. Phone calls & e-mails are never returned. The truck was damaged (tail gate & bumper) during transit, but we were assured that this would be taken care of. Here we are, about to start the month of October...it still has not been handled. We were also promised a spray in bed liner. Due to the fact that we live outside of Houston, we were told to get estimates for the liner here. Those estimates were e-mailed to the sales person, then to the sales manager, and finally to the general manager several times...finally we we received a check this week (it is the end of September), only because we finally went to ""the 2nd in charge"". Lisa seems to be on her game and can actually get something accomplished around there. I believe if you spend $60,000 on a vehicle (or any amount for that matter) that the things promised to the customer should actually be followed through on IN A TIMELY MANNER. I can tell you, I will NEVER do any business with this dealership again. more

Premium service charges, substandard service 3/5/2008

Their service fees range from the outrageous to the merely overpriced... and when you get your vehicle back you may find that they did not even verify that the problem was fixed. Do yourself a favor and just find a decent mechanic, dealer service is definitely not up to snuff here. more

Stay Away from all Maxwell Dealerships 11/29/2006

Save yourself lots of headaches & money, STAY AWAY FROM ALL MAXWELL DEALERSHIP. \r Please don't do what I did. First time I visited Maxwell was back on 2001 at ""Maxwell Chrysler South"" I bought a preowned chrysler with only 20K miles & I asked them three times if this car have been in wreck, each time they said no, this car is almost like new. I end up getting unlimited free oil change at chrysler dealerships with my car. After my first visit to a another chrysler dealership to get a oil change I was told that car need major work & since is been in wreck is not covered under warranty, so I end up spending lot of money to fixed the damn car. I called maxwell over & over again but noone returned my calls.\r Five Years later I can't believe I went back to a maxwell dealer, this time I went to ""MAXWELL DODGE SUPERCENTER"" to test drive a almost brand new Nissan Maxima 12k miles, this time I thought I did my homework I went to carfax paid $25 just to see if this car has had any probloms or wrecks, record was clean. I asked my salesman to have the car check for any wreck just to be sure, He agreed & I end up waiting for 2 hrs then he finally came back & said that car is in perfect condition, during the time I was waiting the sales manager was printing lot's of paper for me to sign & finaly when I was ready to sign, He told me that he's in big rush to get somewhere & I really didn't need to read those paper right now, they are all standard papers & I should just sign & read it later, as trustfull as I'm I did eveything he said & later when I was reading the forms I saw that he sold me everything from ""life Insurance"" that I didn't even know they sell that there to dent Insurance & lot of other junks.\r The worse part of all when about a month later I took the car to a auto shop, they told me that this car has been in car wreck & has been fixed. I hope if you'r planing to buy a car, you chose you dealership wisely & dont make all the mistakes I made"" STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAXWELL"" Pros: some frienly staff Cons: almost everything more
