THE BEST SALES FORCE 2/1/2010

I had my 6 condo units listed for sale with another realtor for 345 days min activ, min feedback, no sales 2 months ago i switched to Maxwell Realty Company, to handle my condo units in the Art Museum Area, I signed a listing contract and sales contract, on the advise of MS.Alperin_Regni, and am happy to report that 2 0f my units are rented, and one is under agreement to close. Weekly reports are the best, and that personal phone call every few days is verry helpfull. If you are sitting on property, call them Maxwell Realty delivers results and is so nice to deal with too more

Educated and professional Realestate Broker 1/31/2010

I closed on my Rittenhouse Square condominium 6 months ago, and am compelled to write a statement of commendation to Nancy Alperin and Maxwell Realty Company, Inc My total process ran like clockwork. I was originally looking to stay in my rental, but had contacted Nancy, and wanted to see what my options were. At first there was not that right fit, but 3 weeks later I received a call from Nancy, that I shoukld meet her, that there was an opportunity, and shure enough, that opportunity is now my new home. Nancy knew how to present my offfer, negotiate for me, and like she was cutting butter get me everything I was asking for in my agreement of sale. These skills, I beleive people are born with. Nancy's ability is that much more enhanced due to her high level of education and professionalism. more

100% OCCUPANCY 1/30/2010

MY livlihood and the way i eat is based on my rental income. I am boasting and happy about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maxwell Realty Mamagement Company has all 19 of my units filled. as a mature individual, feeling a great deal of gratitude and hip with the internet age, i wanted to thank ms.nancy alperin- i called maxwell realty company on a friday late afternoon, spoke with ms alperin, was given several options, and set up to see several apartments that next day with a lovely leasing agent, christine. we found the most darling trinity in washwest, with a lovely garden, and cant wait to have my friends over. the whole dream team at maxwell realty was so kind and considerate. i felt that my needs were thoroughly met, and i am more than 100percent satisfied with my experience more

my wife & I are thrilled that we contacted Maxwell Realty Company when we wanted to purchase a condominium in Society Hill. We were not shure of what we could afford, since we had been renters our entire lives. Our process was like we had checked into a spa from beginning to end, From the beginning consult to the keys handed to us, this was the best. If you're renting - stay away from Maxwell 1/4/2010

I would not rent an apartment managed by Maxwell Realty again. There are things about the apartment they should have known or been able to fix in a reasonable timespan but didn't, and only made excuses which was very frustrating. Low competence - be very wary. more

taking the advise of Maxwell realty company( & some coaching from Nancy alperin) and adding to my re portfolio is probablty the smartest move ive made this year with my $ we may be in a recession, but protecting myself with buying a multiunit apt building was such a good move for me to have made i havent purchased an apt bldg in some time, ran into nancy at the supermarket, started going over the advantages in the produce isle, and by checkout i knew i had to get back in the best asset building game. from setting up my financing to gettting me to closing it was a smooth as silk more

OUR FAMILY IS SO HAPPY TO BE IN OUR NEW HOME IN CENTERCITY ALL OF US WERE VERRY INVOLVED WITH THIS PROCESS, AND MAXWELL REALTY HAD THE TIME N PATIENCE TO CART US ALL AROUND, LISTEN TO OUR FAMILY SQUABBLES,AND GENTLY GIUDE US TO OUR BEST DESTINATION. excellent property management what a relief! 9/24/2009

Maxwell Realty management Co ha managed my quadroplex for 3 years in that time period i have seen an increase in rents, practically no vacancy,a tight reign on maintenance, and all my bills paid for the property I have spent time abroad, and have never given my property a second thought. Maxwell Management treats my property as if it were their own this is a super team to work with, and I have recommended them to 2 other of my friends!!! more

Limited services 8/22/2009

I wouldn't use them for anything major. they seem to only do small deals. Amanda R. and Nancy R. are scientologists and like the other comments it's pretty obvious in the way they talk to you. they need your money so they are pushy and sloppy. more

The 5 star reviews you read, all posted within days of each other, are posted by Maxwell. No one in their right mind would give this fraud factory 5 stars. Just ask the Phila. real estate commission. Beware. more

selling my home fast 8/10/2009

my house was listed and sold in five days by Nancy Alperin of Maxwell Realty Company, Inc I was told whst to do to get the house "market ready" the best price to list it for based upon a detailed analysis of the comparable, did everything Nancy said to do, and Voila! the buyers closed in 30 days, there were absolutely no stress for me, even during this stressful economic real estate market I will miss CenterCity, Boston here i come, I would wholeheartedly recommend MaxwellRealty and Nancy to all my family and friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

condominium leasing 8/10/2009

as an owner of 3 condo units in centercity philly, i depend upon the money coming in on my units to pay for my mortgages a little left over for a cushion in the last 3 months all of my condos were vacant!i had heard pf maxwell realty company from friends, and thought id give em a try in 31 days all my nervousness about carrying 3 vacant units was gone all 3 got rented for even a bit more than my previous rents if u have a vacancy use maxwell asap!!! more

I just rented a home through Maxwell Realty in the bellavista area, and had a super experience with my leasing agent, and the office admin people my home was clean when i moved in, my lease was reviewed thoroughly with me, and i would recommend my friends to Maxwell Realty whenever they are looking to rent or even buy a home more

Good: As an owner of several apartment units in Philadelphia, I ca say that it is a great asset to myself and our family to have Maxwell Management handle our units. Our rents are constantly being raised, and our units filled. the accuracy and ability for us to receive our property statements monthly, our accountant raves about our portfolio has grown due to their concern over our maintenance issues (very low cost) and constantly filled units. Bad: nothing. Improvements: they have given my family the ability to be comfortable financially due t our rent stream, and we have not lost money in our buildings like so many of our friends in the stock market. Other: we are retired and our monthly income and piece of mind is due to Maxwell Realty Management Co. more

i just rented an apartment through Maxwell and am sooo happy wit my rental process and i luv my apt. i called on a thur afternoon was met fri am by christine, she showded me 3 places, i luved the 2nd place, i filled out my app, was approved mon am, and moved in wend am throughout my process i was kept informed, helped with info on local restaurants, grocery stores, etc i really felt the office cared about me, and that i was happy with my new city and awesome new apt i cant say enough about how i was helped, and when i save enough money, i will def buy through Maxwell more

I never get my rental checks 5/14/2009

I just came across this website while searching google, and decided to check out if MRC was on here. I have a property in Philadelphia that Nancy Alperin manages for me sice I live out of state. I can never seem to get my rental payments on time, and it is like pulling teeth to get them when I do manage to get one or two when I am owed more than that. I was just wondering if anyone else who looks at this site has investment properties that MRC manages and if you happen to have the same problem getting paid. I would like to turn her into the PA real estate commission, an attorney friend of mine suggested that I do so. However, I don't want to if I am the only one having issues with payments. Needless to say, I am searching for a new management company. Nancy is very unprofessional, never in the office to talk to you about the situation and when you do get her on the phone she speaks to you like you are beneath her and makes no sense at all. more

Awful 5/14/2009

Last week I had my fist and last experience with Christine from Maxwell Realty. I had an appointment with her to see an apartment located on Pine street. She was very unprofessional, and flat out rude, answering a personal call while showing me the apartment!!! I am happy to report that the apartment was a DUMP and I would never live in those conditions anyway. I would NEVER EVER recommend renting, buying or selling through Maxwell Realty. more

Just Terrible 4/29/2009

They never call you back,when you do finally get in touch with them, they either have no idea what you are talking about, or offer a curt, inhospitable attitude to their clients. To add insult to injury, they charge you a ridiculous fee for a credit check when you apply for an apartment. I rented from this company for a year. Never again. more
