Masters Apartments

So far, so good....no problems yet---I HAVE INSURANCE AND A GUN...SO IF ANYTHING JUMPS OFF AT MY PLACE--TRUST AND BE SURE--FISHER PD/IPD/WHOEVER WILL THERE PICKING UP A BODY!!!......... more

Avoid this place at all cost. We were robbed two months into living there. The staff seemed to care at the time but did little to help. We soon found out that break ins were very common there and we were far from the first. Solicitors are on the property constantly and security does little about it. Despite there own comments that they are likely linked to the robberies. When my fiance saw another apt. being broken into he called both security & IPD. Good thing as security did not respond for a 1/2 hr. & then did not show up on site for another 1/2 hr. Despite the police needing the apt. to be secured.The staff is incompetent. They did not switch over my IPL as promised and despite calling them several times about it, it was not resolved until I called myself. Even then I received letters from them on several occasions asking me to pay the IPL bill I had already paid IPL directly. My husband and I lived in a one-bedroom apartment in the Masters for a year. Our favorite parts of the apartments were the cathedral ceilings from living on the second floor, the included washer and dryer (not full size), and the screened-in porch. The location is very convenient to Castleton and Fishers. The price is about average for that area of town. The office was always quick to answer maintenance calls and we never had any trouble there! more
