Master Tech Auto is second to none when it comes to combining outstanding customer service, honesty, and of course great repair work. And for you ladies out there, your intelligence isn't insulted by being talked down to. Everything is clearly explained and you feel comfortable asking any questions you may have. Another bonus, Master Tech has the best prices in town. This shop is everything you're looking for in an auto repair business. Two thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Best service in town with Ultimate Quality Work 12/14/2010

I would tell the world about my experience! Quality work by some guys that care ,actually care, about their customers questions as well as their concerns. I've found that in my many years of buying and driving used and new cars when i needed help the most Dwaine was there not only as a business owner , but a person that knows about life's twists and turns, which makes this business for me and evryone I know. Fellow consumers call Master Tech when you need it fixed because when he say it will be fixed right the first time I have friend and family that will witness this. This guy had my car for 6 weeks, car not fixed. 12/5/2010

Please do not take your car to auto tech. This guy put an engine in my car, and still not running. He does not know how to deal with foreign cars. All of the cars in his parking lot are cars in the 70s'. He is the most unfriendly person I ever met. He is rude and has no customer service skills. He had my car for over a month., it is still not fixed. Please take it to a reputable car repair shop.I almost lost my job due this situation. I am going to contact the BBB. Master Tech should not even be in business!!!!!!!!!! more

Perfect Service 10/7/2009

I have been using Master Tech for a few years now, and I'm more than pleased with the service. I always get my vehicles fixed in a timely manner and for a better price than any other mechanic I've had before! I highly recommend using them for all of your car service needs. Sometimes they will even help you get discounts at other places (such as tire stores, etc.) just because you're a customer of Master Tech! You can't beat that!! We take both our domestic and foreign vehicles to Master Tech. We receive a professional job, done right the first time and on time. The Customer Service is outstanding. Great Service 9/15/2009

We have been regular customers of Master Auto for approximately 6 years now. Our family has one foreign, and one domestic vehicle. Both of which have been routinely serviced for everything from belts, brakes, ball joints, rear differential, oxygen sensor, and alternators just to name a few. Unlike some past auto repair experiences. We have never felt as if we were being taken advantage of with Master Tech Auto. They pride themselves on being honest with the customer and that really means alot to us. Pros: Professional & Competent Mechanics Cons: n/a more
