Ask a female about an automotive repair shop experience and it will rate right up there with root canal work! NOT at Marty's Muffler Shop. Marty was friendly and not condescending, I took my vehicle to his shop around 2:30 and left it. About the time I arrived back home, he was calling to say it was ready. Muffler & pipe replaced and I still had money left over and time to spend it! It was by far the best automotive repair experience I've ever had, and I've had many! Three things men and women appreciate...friendly, fast, reasonable price...you can't beat that! And in spite of one review I read, I didn't read or hear anything about religeon. I did pet the pooch and even he was friendly! I will highly recommend Marty's Muffler Shop every chance I get! Pros: Fast service, reasonable prices. Locally owned, convenient, friendly. more

after being told by my dealership that I would need to have my exhaust replaced, I was in shock. The dealership offered to have it fixed at a cost of over $300. I got a couple of second opinons and I finally found Marty at Marty's Muffler shop. WOW was I shocked. The man let me come out and look under the car and showed me that all I really needed was a new pipe. Around $50 to fix me up! I was so excited! I can't believe how friendly they were. I am a single woman and I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me. I will send all my friends and family there. I was extremely pleased. The whole process took me about 20 mins. This place is run by a weird couple that talk down to you when you ask questions. All I wanted was to get my muffler done and although they did a fine job, they had horrible service, they were extremely overpriced, they took a long time to do it, and it was really awkward to be there. They had all these fanatic religious papers posted on the walls - if I want to praise god, I go to my church, not the muffler shop and I thought it was really not very professional. I do not recommend going here - I will not be coming back - go somewhere where they treat their customers with respect. Pros: Ok work done on car. Cons: Bad service, talked to customers like they were stupid, overcharged customers. more
