If you bring back a wine bottle because it has bad cork, they will not reimburse you the full amount of what you paid for the bottle, if you do not have receipt. The reason for it is, they say; Inn case you had purchases full case, and you are brining back only one bottle back, they want to apply the case discount.
If we are bringing a bottle with bad cork and they has the bottle just on special, why would we not bring the whole case back for return????
It is matter of honesty and principal. They are conducting their business in dishonest and gaining $1.00 for every bottle returned without a receipt. We wonder how much they have gained from this “store policy."
We will never go back to a store which cheats on their customers.
