This is one of the best hotels in Anchorage and it's priced that way. The floor to ceiling windows are a nice feature. If you get a north facing room on a clear day you can see Mt. McKinley. You get the kind of service you would expect for the price. The hotel is only a few blocks from the mall and all the shops and restaurants downtown. Like most of the hotels downtown, they DO NOT have an airport shuttle. Parking is expensive but parking on the street is not a good option. Stay here in the off season and get a really good value. Otherwise you'll pay at least $220 a night if you can get a room.
