I would avoid this place like the plague. On a recent trip to pick up a pizza order, we found the employees on duty too busy playing and joking around to be concerned with correctly preparing and delivering orders. Our pizza had been given to another customer! When we complained, the very unprofessional ""staff"" became hostile to us, supported by flaccid management. \r

The moral of this story-don't go to the UCity Racanelli's! There are too many excellent sources for pizza around (Dewey's, Pi, Pointers, Il Vicino, to name a few) to justify this establishment being in business!
