It took over 6 months to grow it past my shoulders. It was mostly one length with a barely there two inch shorter layer.\r
They are too cheap to have the large books with photos of cuts to show the stylists since Arden took over.\r
I had to do 3 drawings which must say looked pretty good. Too bad my hair didn't when Irene was done with it. The drawings clearly showed a haircut with TWO layers.\r
I showed the photos, we talked, I got my hair shampooed, we talked again.\r
AND THEN SHE DID WHAT SHE FELT LIKE DOING ANYWAY, WHICH WAS GIVE ME A *&%#@! SHAG!!!!!!!!\r
I was so horrified that I bolted from the salon,I was in total shock. After an hour I regained my composure & called to make an appt. the next day for a recut.\r
I could'nt believe managers rudeness was when I asked to see her, Lorrie walked over to me & stood TWO inches away (she's taller than I am) & squoze my hand so hard when she shook it I thought my fingers would break. I guess her method of management is to intimidate rather than help customers. I started to tell her my problem & all she did was turn me over to Irene to recut my hair. I had to cut my hair really short to eliminate many but unfortunately not all of the layers . The front was so uneven ( I had asked Irene to frame my face) that I'll just have to live with that ugliness for awhile.\r
Irene actually was rude & ugly with me when I explained she didn't do at all what I asked of her, she told me I was giving HER attitude!!!!!! Gee imagine me being upset about my formerly long hair being\r
*&%#@!ed-up for the holidays. She tried to blame me & SHE DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE.\r
To make matters worse I stopped in to show Lorrie what Irene had done to salvage what was left of my hair which still looks pretty bad & I will have to fight to style it every morning now til it grows out.\r
AND WHAT DID Lorrie do???????? She told me how nice my hair looked (yeah, right) & TRIED TO SELL ME PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
It 'll be a year til this grows out.
Pros: can't think of any
Cons: stylist has a short attention span
