The food is good but nothing makes up for the fact that the service (with exception to one waiter) and managers are greatly over rated. I recently was in there last week and witnessed our waiter being ripped to shreds by his manager on the floor, but done in a ""nice"" way. We had this young man before and he was the only reason that we came back. My husband and I heard the waiter being told that this particular night would be his last one serving because of one table claiming to have received poor service. I dont agree with this at all. Our waiter gave us the best service we had ever received and as I said before, he was the reason we came back. The manager was very unprofessional to be doing this on the floor where customers can see. This is something that should have been done in the privacy of an office, away from customer ears. I called back last night to see if the young man was working and to see if he was actually waiting tables still. Sorry to say he is no longer waiting tables, instead he is seating tables. I will not be returning to this restaurant until he is serving again. If you go ask, for Joey he is the best!! Maybe they will see how good he is if people start requesting him.
