My name is Gena, I have worked for Margie's Wig Salon for over 8 years now and I have never experienced any unhappy customers. We take pride in offering outstanding customer service. To anyone reading the review below I must come to our defence and say that if you do some research on our business you will not find any other bad reviews. I was working at the time of the ""incident"" and will tell you that i heard no complaining coming from the customer at the time of her presence. She simply thanked Margie for her time and went on her way as we did not, at the time, have any products to blend with her long hair.\r \r Thank you for your time and understandment. We look forawrd to doing business with anyone who may need us for their alternative hair needs. more

I'm very sorry about the customer that was unhappy with us.We have been in business for over 24 years and have never had any problems. We at Margies wig salon never pressure anyone to buy. Wigs are non returnable.Our customers are our no.1 concern.We pride ourselves in giving excellent customer service. more

My wife and I came into this salon on Saturday 1-10-2015, to look at options for thinning hair on top of her head; Margie showed my wife a topper and proceeded to put it on my wife's head. My wife expressed that she didn’t want something with clamps because they would pull out what little hair she had left. Margie put it on her head anyway forcing the clamps into her head in angst and my wife said this makes me look like a Beatle. At this point she proceeded to bang the top of her head to make the topper lay flatter; this action caused severe discomfort and pain because of the clamps. Margie should know better than to disregard a person’s comfort in order to make a sale. I then mentioned that they had a headband wig that we thought might work by wearing it backwards to help cover the hair loss on the top of her hair. Margie proceeded to put it on my wife's head the way it is intended which is not what she needs and we both expressed this to her; she said oh just let me show you how more

My wife's hair is over 2 feet long and Margie should have been more careful. We believe that she did this because she was worried that she wasn't going to make a sale. After my wife and I left the store she burst into tears, complained about a burning sensation and cried for nearly three hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after observing my wife's experience there. more

This shop has a wide selection of wigs, hair pieces and clip in extensions. The staff is very friendly and their prices are about average for the area. more
