I love Marcy and have been using her for years. My dog always looks great and is happy when I pick him up. The staff treats me like family and is always kind. Marcy has a great deal of experience and makes great suggestions regarding the care and grooming of my Shi-Bi. I highly recommend this groomer. Prior to finding Marcy's, I tried other grommets ,but I swear they drugged my dog and they did what they wanted, not what I requested. Marcy always does what I ask and personally brings me my dog to make sure that I am satisfied. more

My Groomer is the BEST - I have had several other groomers who didn't seem knowledeable. My dog is well behaved so there should be no reason why there are divots in his fur - he needs great attention to his ears and he does that\r more

I have been bringing my pets to Marcy's for almost 20 years and I have never had any of the problems noted on other reviews. My last dog was adopted from an abused situation, and thus very nervous. Marcy treated him with love and care. My current dog is dropped off every 5 weeks and comes home smelling and looking great every time...NEVER a nick. He is always happy and content when I pick him up. I have recommended Marcy numerous times and have always heard positive things back. more

I was ecstatic to find a wonderful cat groomer. I wish I could remember his name. I had a long haired cat who was always recommended to be sedated in order to finish grooming her. Never had a problem with her laid back brother. She was a diva through and through. This particular groomer took such good care of her without sedation. She just needed a patient and loving person to handle her. more

I agree with the previous review about being unsure at first. I dropped my 6mo old springer off then read some other reviews online that sounded horrible. I was worried the entire time he was there after I read them. When I picked Jack up, he was excited to see me and looked beautiful! The prices seemed reasonable , cheaper then most! Marcy was very friendly . more

When you first enter the salon you will feel unsure about leaving the love of your life to strangers, I know I was. the owner and all of her groomers all seem like they truly care about your pet. I take my Maltese,Pom,and myJack R.T They seem to enjoy it .and Sonya and Christina do beautiful work. I like this place I've been going there for years even though the owner is a little odd? Sometimes.anyway,I give it a thumbs up for sure. more
