Another bad Marco's experience 10/3/2011

As a past customer of Marco's, I was appalled Friday night when I waited & waited for a pizza that I was told over & over was ""on it's way."" I ordered around 6:45. By 9:30 they wouldn't answer the phone. I called another location & asked them to call. They got through! (duh). The response he got was that it was ""on it's way."" IT NEVER CAME! Marco's has gone down the tubes! What a shame. more

Ordered for Delivery-No pizza delivered!!! 7/31/2011

I ordered pizza online at 8:30 PM, called at 10:00 PM and was assured that the order was on its way. It is now almost 11:00 PM and no pizza. Not only have I not received my order (and I can't get through to them now), but my debit card was charged. I will never, ever order from this place again. more

    Marco's looks like a doctor's office. There's no visible kitchen, and customers order at a sliding glass window (half expecting a clipboard to be handed out---the Spartans served pizza with more flourish). Marco's slices and pies, however, burst with flavor. The family has made pizza the same way for decades, but adapts to the times. Vegetarians can try soy cheese, pepperoni, sausage and ground beef. And meatheads can order a low-carb, 100 percent whole-wheat crust.
