Sorry Droshay, I have to agree with the negative responses from above. I also try to support local businesses. My father was been a loyal customer to Marburgers, hinch, myself and the rest of the family. The customer service treatment my husband and I experienced yesterday, had to be the most degrading and disrespectful treatment I have seen in quite a while. I am still stewing, and contemplating if I want to continue to support the store or bad mouth the heck out of the two younger employees to every hunter and fisherman I know. Horrific customer service. Maybe they think they are above all others because the sell sporting products to the mere people that use sporting products. Major disappointment for the owners! I found them to be quite pleasant.
