As a first-time buyer, I was clueless regarding this whole home buying process. So I did all my reading/searching online and still had questions. The first time I met Tausha, she simply blew me away. All my questions were answered even before I asked. We went to houses I wanted to see (instead of her picking them) and I was able to find the right one in about 2-3 weeks. I have used Tausha for two investment properties: one that I rent out, and one that I'm remodeling. I specifically chose Tausha for these projects because she's done it herself and helped me every step of the way. The second house yielded a surprise at the closing table that took an additional week to clear up and turned very nasty with the sellers. Most realtors would have have bailed at that point because 99% of the job was done, but Tausha jumped in and saw it to completion, working through the unpleasant situation.
