It is expected during this day and age to call a business and get an electronic operator to lead you through a long list of menus before you can talk to a human being. Not so with MSB. I get a friendly operator who knows exactly where to send me to get my questions answered. I've banked with them for almost a decade now with many loans and have had outstanding service throughout. In my personal opinion, they engage with the community they are in unlike any other business in the area. No question as to where I would bank in Maquoketa.
