Maples helped me out a ton! It feels like family over there and I sure feel like I got the family deal. They got my car back to me by the time I needed it and repaired how I wanted it. They charged me barely anything ($25) and always answered when I called. They are good people with a passion for automobiles. Family-run, they've been around for a long time and know how to treat their customers right. Recommended for anyone like me who needs good collision repair work on a budget. more

I have been doing business with Maples Collision for years and have had my vehicles repaired several times. The boys at Maples are wonderful to deal with and do an outstanding job. I was just in for a couple touch ups. It was done in 4 minutes. They are the best in town. wouldn't go any where else. more

I bought my last 2 cars into Maples.. for repairs..They are the most helpful guys in Flint.. they got my cars right in gave me a free clean loaner car. They did a very good job..and they were great to work with!! I would recommend them to anybody..:) more

They have even done extras at no charge. They have chase down parts for me, no questions asked. Maples have always been there for me anytime I've ever needed them. more

BEING A ROAD WARRIOR IN MY PROFESSION, MY CHEVY HHR GETS ALOT OF NICKS ,CHIPS AND DINGS. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IN MY TRUCK IS READ A HAS FADED WITH TIME. THE CREW AT MAPLES COLOR MATCH MY FINISH TO THE T ! HAVING A COURTESY CAR WAS A GREAT HELP WHILE MY TRUCK WAS REPAINTED. CRAIG STREAMLINED ALL THE PAPERWORK AND PUT IT IN EVERYDAY LANGUAGE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/26/2010

The customer relationship was great and, very understanding with the economic condition today. The environment around is like going to your family reunioun out of state, very warm hearted people. You get to be introduced to everyone working on the vehicle all friendly with smiles. And also fresh coffee when you arrive, they offer free loaner cars which is extra special. They get the vehicle back to you as soon as possible and, they have a great owner Craig Maples, I can't forget him. WHILE IN FLINT VISITING MY FAMILY,MAPLES COLLISION, HELPED ME OUT BY MAKING TIME TO REPAINT THE FRONT END CLIP OF MY STONED CHIPPED SS MONTE CARLO. CRAIG WAS VERY GENEROUS IN GIVING ME A LATE MODEL LONER WHILE TODD DID A PERFECT MATCH AND FINISH ON MY MUSCLE CAR. I WAS ONLY IN TOWN FOR 5 DAYS, AND THEY FINISHED A DAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. Best Automotive collision repair shop around! 3/26/2008

I was referred to a local family owned buisness called Maples Collision to get some body and paint work done on a tahoe of mine. This is not your large dealership where you are a number in their book, You are greeted at the door by a friendly gentleman and talked through the process it will take to fix your car in an office where you can see your car through the window, Not give me the keys and they will pull it around back where you cannot see what they are doing. I have had cars painted elsewhere and the last straw was having a 1995 Trans-am convertible repaired at the dealership and had to go back twice due to the paint was not right and there was fisheyes in the paint. Not at maples, i picked up my tahoe which was 6 yrs old and the paintwork Maples did matched perfectly! I have also had some other parts painted like running boards and a cowl hood for a project truck and again the paint matched perfectly to the factory finish. Bigger is not always better! They do it the right way, The OLD SCHOOL WAY! Pros: Great service Cons: I didn't learn of them sooner! more
