Whether you just want to spend some time with your family, or some friends, bowling is the way to go, especially in this place. You'll find people of all ages here. The crowd is mixed so you cant go wrong. It's a pretty big place so there usually isn't a wait, unless its Friday or Saturday night which is when they have midnight bowling and they have music, black lights, and prizes. They also have a little parking lot. more

The golden standard 8/21/2005

Maple Lanes has some great bowling. They have bumpers if you want them and special deals on games. The equipment is pretty recent and they always have a ball at the weight you want. But the real reason to visit Maple Lanes is the French fries. I have NEVER found French fries as good as theirs. They are the standard by which I measure all others. more

Maple Lanes 8/18/2005

Maple lanes offers everything the bowling fan requires. They offer plenty of lanes to bowl on and whenever I have ventured here the wait for a lane is minimal. They have a great snack bar which great burgers and fries. They have plenty of parking which a big plus if you bring the family. They have several video games so make sure you bring your quarters. I enjoy that this is a very clean place because ive been to other bowling alleys which are dirty. They also have very good prices which makes this a very affordable day out. more

Have Fun & Bowl 8/17/2005

Maple Lanes is one of the greatest places to bowl in Brooklyn. Theres multiple amount of lanes. Some with bumpers and some with out. When i went to another store i got free cards to bowl free at maple lanes. I had a great time at maple lanes and I totally recommend the place for everyone who likes to bowl. more

I like this place 8/15/2005

This is a good bowling alley. They have a respectable number of lanes and the scoreboard is simple to control. The lanes are not 100% though. Occasionally the pins would get stuck and not reset, but that only happened to me once. The prices are very good. It is considered cheap, that is why so many people go there. As I recall, you can take the F train there. I would recommend this place only because you really can't go wrong if you're bowling with a bunch of friends. It's really the company you're with that matters, not the location. more

Nice clean bowling place 8/15/2005

Maple lane is located in an obscure part of town. It is on the B9 bus line, it isn't really close to any landmarks I can tell you about. However, it is close to my bus line so I have been going since I was little. The crowd at Maple can varied depending on the hours you go. It is often crowded so it may be difficult to find an opening. I always have a good time there with my friends. Very relaxing and not too rowdy. more
