Frankly, I love manolos.. and my manolos for that matter. The staff on the other hand found ""working"" in the store can use some courtesy, manners, and cheerfulness. The kind of personality that should be representing these high-quality lovable shoes should not be in the form of the miserable lazy self-sponges working there! Such a sad thing... shall we see how the jimmy choo staff is doing?
