I used to love Manny's, bought appliances from them for years. That all changed when we were remodeling our kitchen in 2012 and purchased three new appliances there. The refrigerator broke within a few weeks and the response from the store management was not good, our phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, though it did eventually (after two service calls) get repaired. We waited to replace our stove and received exceptional service from Salemi's in Springfield. My advice is go to any other dealer, Manny's is unconcerned about your experience once they have delivered your appliances. It's too bad that the customer no longer matters at Manny's. I am even willing to pay slightly more to avoid a repeat experience like we had last year. more

NEVER EVER will I buy from Manny's again! Hypocritical advertising....""we have to do better we live here"" long story short, purchased several appliances in August 2012 moved in condo Oct 2012 & literally used oven 5 times.... 4 of 6 knobs melted due to several items wrong with oven door sealing.... FIRE hazard in the making. MANNYS would only order parts & repair because that is all their contracts with the manufacturer requires them to do! I would have to contact the manufacturer to try & get it replaced. Apparently they make their commission and then you are on your own! I feel they should have replaced the stove and they could argue with the manufacturer! more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, SHOP ELSEWHERE-- 4/25/2012

I have had two bad experiences here. I live about 2 minutes from the store, and like to keep my business local. My first bad experience was the Salesperson attempting to run my credit card for a purchase that I had several questions about, regarding the rebates. His main concern was to run the card, and worry about my questions later. Now a year later, we are looking for a new fridge and range as we are remodeling our kitchen. Spoke with Danny by phone, with two model numbers. He confirmed they had them, and that I could come in until 8PM and see them in person. We make arrangements to drive there, only to have him walk us up to a counter-depth fridge, and say ""this is a counter-depth fridge"", and ""The range would be similar to this, except gas, and a different model"". The models are in our warehouse, an hour away.. But you can order them if you'd like. I didn't need to drive to Manny's to be shown what a counter-depth fridge is, nor a gas range--we have seen a fridge and range before. I gave Manny's the benefit of the doubt this time, but will NEVER, and I mean NEVER shop there again. I live 3/4 mile from the store, and will be driving our to Ware for our purchases. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH MANNY'S. more

Walked in looking for a new washer and dryer and spoke with Danny in Wilbraham store. Smart knowledgeable and HONEST! Sold us what we needed. Asked questions about our water and amount of people in the home, size of beds, etc. Never knew about the water a top loader uses or the fact that our King bedspread really didn't get clean in our top loader either. Delivery was in just a few days and the team was terrific! Thanks DANNY and THANKS MANNY'S! Pros: KNOWLEDGEABLE sales people. (not some H.S. kid) Cons: Can't think of one more
