The only thing more disappointing than the quality of costumes (torn, stained) was the customer service (hostile, rude). I called ahead of time to ask if the salesperson could fax a list of costumes, since they don't have a website. She said she was incredibly busy and refused to do so. So I made a visit to the store, only to find that I was the only customer present. After about 7 minutes she asked me to leave because she wanted to have lunch... at 2:15 on a Tuesday afternoon. Needless to say, I left, and found everything I needed at Abracadabra.
