I am writing to respond to the message placed on this site on 2/8/08. I am the Supervisor of this property and I take great care in providing people the best living experience I can. I am an apartment renter also, so I know the frustrations people feel when things are not done to their satisfaction. I do not deny that this individual had an experience that was not perfect. I only wished I was involved sooner, so I could have helped her with her situation. Instead she opted to write horrible things on the internet. Mandalay is a nice place to live, I have lived there before. I strive to make sure the property is well maintained and that the staff is doing their best jobs possible. This resident and Mandalay had a miscommunication and I am trying my best to resolve the situation for everyone. If you are looking to move to Mandalay, come by a see for your self, ask to speak with me. I am willing to talk to anyone who would like more information about our Property. An informed renter is the best kind of renter. Read your lease, know your rights, know the rules ans regulations of the property, know the right steps to take if you want to give notice and move out. Additionally, when looking at sites such as this and others like it. Take with a grain of salt some of the purely negative and angry responses you see. Talk to the property find out for yourself and then make an educated decision on if the property is the one for you. Don not just read a negative response and believe it is wholly true. I care about Mandalay and welcome any of my residents to talk with me and help me make life at Mandalay better, I always welcome constructive criticism, not descructive criticism. Thank you.
