The tech. was so nice and even though he was a few minutes late, he came. It was late at night and his shift ends at 6 and he came to deliver my Tv at 8. Taking his time out to deliver my Tv. I thought he was polite and when i first went into the store, the lady was so kind. There were lots of Tvs but it had an atmosphere that told me that the people here are responsible. My friend also had a VCR problem and they helped my friend out. He also says that their service is recommendable. If you want your tv to work, soon, then i prefer you to get your tv fixed there. Pros: Timely and you probably don't have to call them back unless your other tv has a problem. more

Their "technician" can't figure out how to park his car or use a remote, much less fix a television. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these people when they were sent to my home by GE, with whom I have a service protection plan. The "technician" showed up more than two hours later than the promised time window. After arguing extensively with me about the parking restrictions on my street (there are none), he finally got down to the more important business of blaming my TV's problems on my DVD player, DirecTV, ESPN, or any other component or entity that he wasn't responsible for fixing. The fun was just beginning! I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, if you want someone to waste hours of your time, TV Master Debaters are for you.
