I have used the service in raleigh for 14 years, I have had a wondeful expereince, on time, uses organic and regular products- owner is very caring and goes out of the way for our family and pets. more

The business is ran ILLEGALLY, as the previous poster said, she raises clients rates if they don't leave christmas tips (and she steals tips left for her employees), and she doesn't even pay her employees what is owed to them after they finally quit. She has a cleaning business, but the only cleaning products she ever uses is cleaner with bleach, and windex. She even windexes the bathroom and kitchen floors! You do not want her to clean your house, you will be VERY disappointed, and she'll probably charge you more than she quoted you for. more

I would never ever use this service again and recommend no one else use it. Not only was the job not completed but the bill was significantly higher than formerly agreed upon. When trying to discuss these concerns with the owner, she screamed and yelled, threatened to take me and my 87 year old mother (recently widowed) to court and threatened to put a lien on my mother's house preventlng her from selling it until her bill was paid. This ""company"" never gave us a written contract, left no work logs as promised and did not communicate with us regarding the completion of the job thus delaying our ability to list the house in a timely manner which was urgent. She would not return phone calls but instead left scathing and threatening messages on our home phone. She even BLAMED US FOR HER VACUUM CLEANER BREAKING while using it in my mother's home. I have never been treated in this demeaning and degrading manner in my life. Stay away unless you want a nasty battle. Cons: Job was not completed and owner threatened court action more

This is the least professional company I have ever dealt with - and they were recommended by a neighbor who uses them! I called THREE times to make an appointment for a quote, and on the third call had to mention that I had called previously and would like a response whether I was in their area or not (after my first call, they left a solicitation bag on my door step, so they must have gotten the message!). more
