I enlisted this maid service to come and clean my home that was staged to be sold. A young girl came to the door, did not know if it was the correct address and did not know what to do. She asked us where she should start. Most professionals have a routine, she did not. In addition, I had to sign a form saying I would not call them back for anything left uncleaned and I had to pay cash up front. That should have been a warning signal. Quick, efficient, and thorough 3/30/2009

I've been using Maid to Perfection for approximately the last year. The maids are quick, efficient, and do a thorough job cleaning. I haven't come across any problems with scheduling. The office workers are very helpful, too! Pros: customer service more

Awesome cleaning company 2/23/2009

I have been through several different cleaning companies over the past six years. I wasn't completely happy with with any of them, due to various issues ranging from the office staff or the cleaners. Maid to Perfection has given me the royal treatment compared to these companies. The office staff is professional and friendly. Whenever the maids come to my home they always are professional and friendly and continually service my cleaning needs -- for example, I request that they use certain products on my wood furniture and make my bed in a particular way. No other company was able to follow that consistently except for Maid to Perfection, and I plan to continue to use them regularly in the future! more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY 10/6/2008

This company is a complete joke. They promised perfect service, then when they couldn't even clean the floors properly, they told my office to find another cleaning company! When their representative would come to clean, there would be dirt and crumbs left behind on the floor, which made it obvious that he was doing the job right. We had to call to complain so many times, I guess they just got tired of fighting with us. One of the supervisors told us that ""it just wasn't working out""! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Just moving in and I needed to get the place cleaned b/c my wife is -very- picky. They actually cleaned well enough to make my wife happy! ZOWE! Pros: Nice team members and can request enviromentally friendly stuff more

Best maid service in town! 2/21/2007

The dusting, vacuuming, and everything else was perfect yesterday! It is so much better having you vs. your competition. I don't have to walk around my house finding disappointments! and it is a pleasure to come home after the maids have been there. Plus I love your EXCELLENT customer service. I have to say you guys are the most polite and courteous maid service in Austin. Needless to say I will receommend you to all of my friends. Feel free to use me as a reference anytime. Maid to Perfection is dependable and professional. I used several other companies and they did not provide the quality of service Maid to Perfection offer. They definitely cater to my needs. Other companies I worked with tell me they cannot work with special requests I may have. I often call the day before and they will add these requests with no questions asked. I have several rental properties and have used many different cleaning services. Your company did the best job of any I have used and your response time was much better than most. I am very pleased with the team at Maid to Perfection. I love coming home to a clean house with a gentle scent of lavender (my favorite). Professional & Thorough 10/17/2005

I couldnt be happier with the excellent service I have received. All members of the cleaning team were professional and very thorough. Theresa, the supervisor came and checked on us afterwards.
