I found out about the Maikai a couple years ago and their all you can eat sushi buffet on Wednesdays. The food is incredible and is free, but does require that you buy a drink. If you go during happy hour, you get the 2nd drink free. So, for anywhere between $9 to $18, you can get 2 drinks and all the sushi you can eat. The sushi is of high quality and has made many of my non-sushi friends into sushi lovers. They also have seaweed, dumplings, exotic salads, and more in addition to the sushi. The waitresses are dressed very polynesian-like which may or may not be good thing for some. They also have a beautiful garden outside which is a must to check out when you're there. My only complaint was that despite making a reservation once, they were unable to seat us and we missed the happy hour special. However, most of the time they have been very reliable and unbeatable for value and quality.
