Really nice staff; top of the line doctors 1/13/2008

I've had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Mah. I even sent a friend there recently who had broken her foot and she had a similarly pleasant experience.\r \r The staff even came out the parking lot to guide me in on my first visit, I was hungry and one of the nice staff shared a cereal bar with me!\r \r I messed up my insurance and they have been really kind in helping me figure it out. \r Maybe they aren't always the most ""polished"" but the staff is really kind and helpful in my experience.\r \r And the best thing is both Doctor Mahs know their stuff... Pros: Great doctors, nice staff Cons: odd staff phone etiquette more

Outraged and Disgusted 11/29/2005

Because I've just started a new position my health insurance won't kick in until January but I've got an immediate problem (minor, non surgical issue). I called to make an appointment and told them that I would pay cash for the initial visit because I need to be seen. They said that I needed to wait until I get health insurance, ""office policy"". Rude, unhelpful, and in my opinion - IMMORAL. more
