Magnolia's Bridal Collections

I have to disagree with the other reviews. This was by far the best service I have received. I live in GA but am having my wedding in Greenville, SC in April 09. I called Magnolia's Bridal in Jan 09 for some prices, they not only gave me the prices but told me that they could beat any prices around. I let them know that I was looking at shops in other states as well, she told me no problem just let them know and they can beat the prices. Magnolia's Bridal not only beat the price of the bridesmaid dresses but they also gave me a great deal on shoes. Dress and Shoe total was $172.88. You can?t beat that price anywhere. I would definitely recommend Magnolia's Bridal to anyone. Pros: Will beat anyones price, Speedy service, 2 thumbs up more

I completely agree with the above review. I am not at all happy with the service I received there and would not recommend them at all. The dress fit terribly, even after alterations (which were outrageously overpriced and shoddy workmanship...the stitching came out on the day of the wedding and had to be quickly repaired by the bride). To top it all off, they waited several months to cash my check for the alterations despite several calls asking them to cash it, completely messing up my account and resulting in overdraft fees. I will never take any business to them again more

Not happy with service. I have been in many weddings and by far, this was the worst service I have ever received. First of all, they tried to get me to order one size too big. She gave me no advice on sizing of the dress or how the dress would fit. Would not give me any options, as to why I needed to get a bigger size and told me it may not be able to be altered. I was told I could not try on a dress for size. To top it off, she made a comment to someone else that had a sizing that day in regards to the fact that now they don't charge for larger sizes anymore. I thought that was not called for, rude and not good service. I personally would not go there again given my experience. more
