I set up an appointment with Magic Sweep to come out and inspect and clean my chimney. They showed up on time. The technician was professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done to repair my chimney and gave me an estimate. No pressure. I expected the fireplace box to be cleaner, but I was satisfied overall with the job.
