Best

Amazing food. Highly recommended. We went for our anniversary and were treated with the upmost kindness and generosity. We felt like special customers, and our food was exquisite!...

Worst

It's Little Italy for those whose notions of Little Italy come from Godfather movies. However, the food is good, if not terribly authentic. The ambience is, well, Grand Centra...

WOW!!!! 7/10/2002

That was the best resturant that I've been to. The fact that the portions were so large that you have to take some home amazed me. It seemed like the type of place were you are supposed to look at the food and not eat it. However, the watier cracked jokes with my date and I. Pros: Good food, Great people Cons: Long wait more

Great Service - Great Food 6/30/2002

My wife, my daughter (20 months) and I went to Maggianos on Sunday afternoon. The service was friendly, responsive and the waiter even played peek-a-boo with my daughter. The food was more than plentiful and the taste was succulent. The restaurant was very clean and very pleasing to look at. Lets see - did I mention that the waiter played peek-a-boo with my daughter? Defintely reccomended! Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Service more

Too Much Food 6/27/2002

This place has the largest portions, and being someone who can't stand spinach salad, i was amazed at how delicious it really was...the dressing was the best, and the italian dishes all were good. more

Holy mammioli! 6/26/2002

I went last night not knowing what to expect. Was I ever surprised. The atmosphere, service, and food are top-notch. My dad exlaimed, ""This is the best calamari that I've ever had! Cooked perfectly, served warm, and breaded wonderfully."" We were amazed at how much food we actually received and it all came out perfectly. For our entree, we settled on having linguini and meatballs (an old favorite). What a delicious sauce! Big complements to the Chef. Next time I want to try the lazagna. They said that the whole thing is made from scratch. Unfortunately, we did not have any room left for deserts. Next time I'll make it my job to save room. We also enjoyed the great dialogue that we had with our server. She was warm, cordial, and accomodating. Very good people skills. Well done Maggiano's! Pros: HUGE PORTIONS!, Nice atmosphere, Friendly service Cons: Get reservations more

the best birthday lunch! 6/26/2002

I just got back from lunch at Maggiano's. My friends from work treated me to lunch and it was the best! We ordered the ""family style"" dining option and it was wonderful. HUGE portions and very yummy. Our waiter (Chris!) was one of the best servers I've ever had. I definitely recommend the family-style dining. You get LOTS of food (and get to try many different things) for a good price. They even take reservations. We will definitely go back! Pros: family-style dining, great service, big portions Cons: probably gets busy more
