While the management of Dr. Mack's office has gotten better over the last couple of years, visits usually still involve a ridiculously long wait. The care, however, is superb. Dr. Mack truly cares about her patients as people and goes to great lengths to find the causes of their complaints, not just to treat symptoms. Her knowledge is extensive, and her manner is beyond kind.
