Brought my Subaru in for a repaint with a quote of $765. including the cost to reattach a bumper and was told it would take a week. Dropped it off on a Monday. On Thursday I was told that the bumper reattachment would cost another $200. because they needed to weld on another part to hold the bumper bracket and it took an extra 3 hours, (to weld on two 2 pieces of metal - 3 hours?????). The next day, Friday, I was told that the car was painted but that there was apparently dirt in the paint and they wanted to re-sand and repaint, and it would be ready on Monday. On Monday they said that the car had been re-sanded but had not been painted, but it would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday they said that they were wrong about the re-sanding, they were doing that Tuesday and the car would be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday they said that when they started to spray-apply the sealer before painting, they discovered more dirt and they would have to let the sealer dry and re-sand that part, and then repaint the car and I could pick it up Thursday. I went there to pick it up Thursday afternoon, today, January 12, 2017 and the rocker moldings were sitting in the front seat. They couldn't find the clips to reattach the moldings so they ordered new clips and said I could pick up the car Friday noon. The paint job has small imperfections all over it and I saw a hair embedded in the paint on the gas filler door. THESE GUYS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!!! more

Use another Maaco or body shop, this one doesn't seem to care about quality or customer satisfaction. more

Great Quality - Awesome Service 4/12/2012

I started out by taking in a bumper to get it painted. They did a great job. I actually had them paint it and I put it on. Then I had them paint and repair my daughters 2002 car. It had some rust and body damage. They painted and fixed everything for $1000. I liked it so much I did the same for my other daughters car after she was backed into but a hit and run. I had another bumper done (the installed it this time, and another part repaired when I backed into a pole. Over the years I have dealt with this shop I have found them to be a great resource and prices that can't be beat. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great customer service 12/17/2006

I brought in my jeep to fix a small dent. I was quoted a reasonable price (compared to Abra, which is 3x more expensive). Estimated completion time was at 3 days. Unfortunately, initial repair failed Maaco's own quality standards and they were very forthcoming with this admission. In spite of the delay, the guys at Maaco made sure that I wasn?t left out on a limb during the delay (holiday season and all), by providing me with a loaner at their expense. It?s probably the least they could do and they did it. When I got my jeep back, I was more than happy with the results, it was ?flawless? ? definitely, worth the delay. \r \r Everything may not have gone smoothly, but I?ve appreciated how they managed to bounce back from a setback, with flying colors. In the event that my jeep needed another repair (knock on wood), I don?t need to look any further and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. \r Pros: Great Staff more
