Wasting time...Poor service...Poor costumer service as well 6/7/2010

I wasted my time and money going to this watch-repair shop and having them just to put the back plate on. After they told me it's fixed I pick up my watch by the time walk out from the store the inside plate was moving all the way around. I bring them back and they told me I didn't bring the inside plastic ring witch was not true...They forgot to put it back when closed the watch. Two days later I was there to pick up my watch 3rd time and after 5 min the watch stop working again???? Got back to them and they ask for $45.00 to be fixed and to make the matter worse they response me "I don't care if it's not working anymore" They showed me absolutely NO interest in doing something about their poor service. I just wasted my time and money with them.Costumer service was zero.They think are doing business back in Middle East not in USA. I don't recommend this watch-repair shop to nobody else. more

I wasted my time and money at this shop 6/17/2009

I wasted my time and money going to this watch-repair shop and having them 'fix' my watch. My watch stopped working again only a few days after they 'fixed' it (and I paid a lot for it). They showed me absolutely NO interest in doing something about their poor service. To make the matter worse, their response to my claim was very rude and snobbish. I just wasted my time and money with them. more

Take your tired old watches here! 8/17/2005

I had a waterproof watch that needed a new battery, so I took it to some strip-mall chain who told me that they wouldn't open it because they couldn't guarantee that it would be waterproof, yadda yadda. They gave me the name of M&S, and off I went. It's basically a kiosk located inside a Longs Drugs or Rite-Aid or something, but they do a nice job, pretty cheaply. more
