I do not know who wrote the first review of these guys, but they are certainly employees or friends. I was in a hurry so I dropped off my 4 items on a friday and asked that they be cleaned. The owner said they would be ready by monday, but he wrote wednesday, and they weren't ready for pickup until thrusday. That was no big deal, but the price is the issue here. He told me my alterations were going to cost $13 per pair of pants (2 pairs of pants), and when I asked for that written on the receipt, he said that he needed to check the exact amount, but it should be very close to that. I figured no more than $15.00, because that's what I was told. When I went to pick them up, he told me the price was $60.00 for the 2 alterations (without even cleaning them), 1 regular cotton shirt, and a blazer (press only, no starch). When I told him this was not what he told me, he shrugged his shoulders and said if I did not pay, he wouldn't release them, and that he ONLY takes check or cash. So I had to go next door to 7-11 in a rush and get him the cash to release my items. Given the fact that there are many other dry cleaners in the area, I dropped the rest of my cleaning off at a nearby place up the street and they gave me the price up front, written on my receipt. Miracle will get no more of my business, ever. Period! You should avoid this place like the plague unless you want to be stuck with extra charges without warning. But hey, he already got my money, too late for me.
Pros: friendly receptionist, cleaning was decent.
Cons: dishonest, did not starch the way I asked.
