I have been a member of this club for a very long time and the customer service is not!!! why I stay. The owners could""nt care less about you as long as you are paid up. They have doubled trainer fees, do not fix things that are reported broken until they are reported over and over again. The bookeeper is rude and will not admit when wrong. If you have a problem they will not work with you. On the good side the trainers are a great bunch and wonderful to work with. And the reason I stay Is the people I work out with .I love the people in Sandy they are really friendly so they make up for the bad service. Be sure you read and remember all the fine print in any contract you sign with this business. They are not customer friendly about renewals. If you don't remember to tell them in the proper format IN WRITING before your last month of membership, they will assume you want to continue on a month-to-month basis and they will bill you, and there is nothing you can do to get them to stop pursuing you for the money. They are non-responsive if you try to contact them and rude if you actually succeed. This is a problem that stems from the owners and is fully displayed in their accounting department.
