My best advice is this: Stay away from this place. Not only are the owners complete tools themselves, and everything they do is horrendous. If you have your mower/chainsaw/line trimmer or generator serviced there. Expect to wait at least 3 weeks before you get it back. If you need parts, good luck! They obviously dont pay their bills to their suppliers, because everything they dont have, which is pretty much everything, has to get ordered. You will wait anywhere between 2-6 weeks before you get anything. Do yourself a favor, go to Gardenland in Campbell. They do everything MMI does, but better. more

One of the best power equipment stores 10/16/2009

We bought a Honda HRR216VKA lawnmower from them. We tried to look for this model at home depot, but they were sold out. I contacted all Honda Powerequipment deals in the South Bay Area. This was the only dealer that had prices comparable to Home Depot with awesome customer service. Other dealers were charging atleast 60$ more for this lawnmower. We made our purchase in less than 5 minutes, they assembled the lawnmower, gave us a demo and free first service. Also, their store sells other garden equipment. We loved it and will visit again! Pros: Good customer service, lower prices Cons: none more

Great selection of yard tools/equipment!! 5/4/2009

A friend had recently turned me on to this company after his successful new lawnmower purchase and I couldn't have been happier that I made the trip down from Los Altos. They had a very modern and updated showroom with every conceivable piece of power equipment I had ever seen and a few I had no idea what they did!! A younger gentleman named Troy was very helpful in giving me some good advice regarding stringtrimmers and I ended up purchasing an electric Stihl unit (FSE60) Very helpful staff, great selection of tools and lawn type accessories. Looking forward to heading back for future needs including an electric chainsaw. Cheers. Pros: Convenient location, Comfortable place to shop more

sales man bad attitude 12/22/2008

I was looking a tree pruner at this store. Unfortunately, they only have one left, which had a missing part inside the package. I asked this old sales man whether they have another new one. His answer was "We need to sell this one before we can order a new one" and with a very bad attitude. His attitude was like "buy it or leave it". With this bad economy, most of the retailer would appreciate if they can make any business. I wonder how this store can survive with that kind of attitude. Funny thing was, after I came back from that store, I google search for this tree pruner, and I found it cheaper (almost $20 cheaper) at other retailer. And I went to buy it immediately. Cons: lousy attitude more
